K.I.S.S. Directions
(Keep It Simple Smarty)

We're not going to tell you how long or at what temperature to cook your meat at. No one knows your grill or smoker better than you do. We're only going to tell you how to apply the Seasoned Lazy Man seasoning of your choice.

And remember, Seasoned Lazy Man seasoning can be used on ANY thing and cooked ANY way you want. These are just suggestions.

Seasoned Lazy Man's version of CLUE: Cat Fish Fillet, In the Smoker, With PIGASIS Rib Rub.

For Meat That Walks

If it goes on the grill to be cooked fast, like a hamburger, than the seasoning should be sprinkled on right after the meat hits the grill and then again after it is flipped. Use a little more than you think it should have. The juices of the meat will absorb the seasoning and bring out the flavor.

If it goes on the grill to be cooked slow, like a steak or chicken, than the seasoning should be applied to the meat about 5 minutes before going on the grill.

If it's going in the smoker, than the seasoning should be put on 5 minutes to 2 hours before cooking and as thick or as thin as you would like.

For Meat That Swims

If its a fillet going on the grill for a quick cooking, than the seasoning should be sprinkled on right after the meat hits the grill and then again after it is flipped.

If its a hole fish going on the grill, than the seasoning should be sprinkled on the inside of the fish as well as the outside.
We recommend coating the fish in Olive oil, wrapping the fish in aluminum foil, putting the For Meat That Swims on the inside along with some slices of lemon and then adding a 1/2 cup of white wine. Wrap all that up and put it on the grill.

If it's going in the smoker, than the seasoning should be put on 5 minutes to 2 hours before cooking and as thick or as thin as you would like.

If its gonna be boiled like with a shell fish like crab, then pour a Generous amount into the water then bring it to a boil, put the crab or lobsters along with the cut up vegitables and cook until done.

We have wanted to try it as a salt pack. Mix the For Meat That Swims with egg whites and completely cover the whole fish with a 1/2" layer of the mixture. Then bake it in the oven or put it in the smoker. When done, break off the salt pack and enjoy the fish. Maybe we will try it this weekend and let you know how it goes. (We did it with Trout and it was great!

PIGASIS Rib RUB

Let's face it Baby Back Ribs are special. When they're done right, nothing in the world taste like them.

At this point in time, we are only going to tell you how we apply the PIGASIS Rib RUB Any information about type and style of cooking is strictly a Seasoned Lazy Man trade secret. Just Kidding. The chances of any of you being in a bar-b-cue cook off challenge with the Seasoned Lazy Man is slim to none. So why not help you out?

Lay out a large sheet of aluminum foil. Place the ribs on the foil with the concave side up. This is the side with the membrane on it. Take a knife and score the membrane. Apply a medium thickness layer of PIGASIS Rib RUB flip the ribs over and apply a medium to thick layer of PIGASIS Rib RUB. Let them sit for approximately 5-10 minutes before lifting them and shaking off the extra. Take them to the smoker and let it do its thing.

We cook/smoke our ribs in a Smokey Mountain Propane Fired Smoker. (You'd think they'd give us some'N for endorsing their great smoker. Maybe we should ask.) Some of you out there are saying that true Bar-B-Cue only comes from the South and is cooked using only wood. We're here to tell you that used to be true, until the Seasoned Lazy Man line of seasoning came about and gave everyone the chance to have really great Bar-B-Cue. And did we mention we're lazy? Propane is just easier. We use a smoke box with Apple wood chips for our ribs.

We cook our ribs between 250 & 300 degrees for around 4 hours. We know they are done when we can pull them apart by hand.

For Pork Chops, Ham, or Tenderloin you have a choice of how to apply the PIGASIS Rib RUB. Put it on thick for a nice crust, or thin to help bring out the flavor.

ALL Purpose SEASONED SALT

ALL Purpose Seasoned Salt replaces every kind of salt PERIOD!!. If you were gonna put salt on something, put ALL Purpose Seasoned Salt instead. You will be happy you did.
